I have a few questions about ICD that i cant seem to find the answer to. If anyone knows of any good documentation beyond the cra admin guide i would appreciate it.
mostly what im confused about is the busy application and the ring-no-answer application along with the relationship between the number of sessions/agents/cti ports/calls.
