1. I have configured a CTI RP for ICD 5000, and CTI Ports with 5001...5010 for ICD. When I will call 5000 I can hear the welcome prompt but the call drops, it doent transfer to the agent whoes extension is 1001.
2. I have assigned one of the users as an ICD supervisor it gives an error the retry the password. While the same users can login as an agent.

Make sure you are creating the supervisor in the "Desktop Administrator" app as opposed to the "Application Administration" (Web Administration). If you are adding the supervisor in the "Desktop Administrator" the password for the Supervisor is the same as the login name. You cannot change this. For example:
