ICD

I can not get the routepoint to take a 10 DID as the route point. What am I doing wrong. I also need to tirn on historical reporting on ICD. I changed the setting on the ICD server to true in the proper file. Do I have to reboot to get it to take. I still do not see the check box on the administration page when I browse in.

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you.
