i am new to icd3.0 and am wondering what needs to be added to my script so that if no agents are logged in the call goes to voice mail instead of the que.

You can use the "Get reporting statistics" step and use the " Logged in resources " value.
Use this in an "IF" step and based on the result use a " Redirect" step to send the call to voicemail.
