I am new to this application... We have a supervisor desktop loaded who can no longer see the ip phone agents... Agents appear to be having no problems, but supervisor needs to be able to see who is logged in, etc . When clicking IP Phone Agents on the left side menu, nothing shows up and toolbar at top all icons are greyed out. There is only one group "default" which is selected. I have rebooted her pc and logged her in and out of the supervisor desktop to no avail. Any help would be appreciated..
By saying "no longer" you imply that it was working before, if that is the case look at what has changed on the system. You should check the Desktop Administrator and verify that the account is still the supervisor for the default group and that all of the agents are still in the default group.
