I am configuring anew Route To Service in ICM. The call flow looks like this: An 800 number comes in to the IVR, the IVR collects digits from the caller, these are sent to ICM and the script flows to the correct Route To Service based on CED. I have added a new Service to reflect a new VDN configured in the PBX, which is configured identaically to other production Service's however on this new one I am seeing an error in my Router Log of:
No peripheral targets for route ROUTE have a valid label for dialed number ROUTING_CLIENT.CED (ID #) from routing client ROUTING_CLIENT (ID #)
Have I missed something in my config of the new service?
