Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen

If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.

Thank you for posting.

Actually, there is no place to download hotfixes en masse. You should contact the TAC if you need one. You can use bug tracker to search for a hotfix that may or may not apply to an issue you are having - but you'll need the TAC's help to get the actual hotfix. Good luck.

Same problem here...I need up to hf92 today (pre-sales demo tomorrow morning) and it's no where to be found on either the CCO website or the ftp servers.

Need some help here guys asap.

This is the link I use to get the latest hotfixes. You will need to be logged into CCO to use it. http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/hotfix/hotfix.pdf

You need to check ICM software version on the system and download appropriate hotfix related to version running on your systems. You can get hotfixes using following URL:

http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/telephony/icm/icmhotfix-planner.shtml

Thanks,

Sandeep

Hi

The way to find it is difficult.

Just go to the ICM /NAM technical tips Info page http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/78/index.shtml

then click ICM/NAM/CIS Software Documentation which will bring you here http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/index.htm

and then click on Cisco ICM Hotfix Download Instructions which will open this page http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/hotfix/index.htm

click on Cisco ICM Hotfix Download Instructions which will open this pdf-file

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/hotfix/hotfix.pdf

And here you find the link, that Sandeep mentioned here. Isn't that simple

Here you have to download every Hotfix seperately since the latest ServicePack

Did anyone manage it to order a physical hotfix cd from that website?

I would recommend to open a case and tell them to send you a new CD.
