ICM integration with one more call manager

Currently i have ICM which has been integrated with call manager. Now i would like to integrate with one more call manager (publisher)(to share the same ICM).

I need to know procedure to followup.

From what I know is that the ICM talks to the CM Cluster using the "cmuser" and normally you specify the IP/hostname of the CM publisher.

Are you tring to connect the ICM to another Cluster of CMs or just adding a CM to your existing cluster?

Make sure in your IVR you have both CallManagers configured in the CTI Mangager field separated by commas or a space in the jtapi configuration. It is also a good idea to do the same with the Directory configuration on the IVR. Same thing, both callmanagers separated by a comma or space.
