ICM Post Routing Requirements on Meridian 1

Are CDN's and/or CCR's required for post-routing with a Meridian 1 ACD and ICM? Can ACD DN's (only) be used for post routing?

thanks,

Jesse

CDNs are required for post routing. Check out the GED on Meridian at:

Good luck!

On a meridan you need to use Symposium to get the CTI link these days since Nortel no longer sell Max and Link. Thus you need a CDN and then you have to script the Symposium to talk to ICM.

When did Nortel drop support for Meridian Link? It's been a little while, but, SCCS still used Meridian Link about 2 years ago. Is this no longer the case?

How successful have you been at integrating SCCS with ICM? I know that reports were always a nightmare with SCCS, I'm wondering if this is made more complicated by introducing ICM. Thx.

Everything you ever wanted to know about the Meridian PG (and more) is available in the ACD Supplement at

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/icm/acdsup/meridacd.pdf

But, while we're on the subject, you should be able to post-route from a CDN by setting control to 'yes'. CCR and some other software packages are required for ICM - you can find the requirements in the ACD Supplement. However, Meridian Link is only an option for you if it is already installed. Nortel stopped selling it last summer. Good luck!
