ICM Question

Hopefully there is someone out there who can answer an ICM question. I have been trying to get my CallManager PG up for 2 days now. It will not go "Active". I have checked everything I possibly can. The error I get is "Error acknowledgement recieved from Peripheral 5000 Message Type = 8 Peripheral State = 1". Thanks

Hi Andrew,

You should provide more info on the versions you are using, but check these:

1.- JTAPI and Java VM versions on the CCM PG. If you are using ICM 4.1.4 the JTAPI version is something like 1.0.51 but if you use 4.1.5 or 4.5 it should be 1.1

2.- Check CCM IP address on PG setup, user and password.

3.- Check all route points and devices are CTI enabled and associated with the JTAPI user.
