Hi all, I have configured Translation Route in IPCC Enterprise 7.0(1) environment [Machine: CCMx1, ICMx1, IVRx2]. The "Translation Route" node in ICM script can successfully route the client to different IVR servers. However, the problem is that, assuming the same call should be handled by the same IVR server, so when my call flow logic has to switch between ICM and the 2 IVRs, I have to mark the flag for the entry IVR server, so that, everytime when I use the "Run External Script" node, I have to make the application point to the right IVR server (as no 2 IVR scripts from different IVR servers can share the same name in ICM).
The problem above will complicate the ICM scripting. Could anyone adivse on it and correct me if I am wrong.
