ICM: unable to start ICM configuration manager on AWS

Hi,

We are installing two ICM 4.6.2 servers and an AWS.

After installation of 'Router + Logger' (on one server) and 'AWS' (on another server), we are not able to open ICM Configuration Manager and other administration tools on AWS like AW init.

We get the following error:

Error 9934 - Unable to Initialize Real-Time Feed

It seems that we have some communication issues between the rtdist (on AWS) and rtsrvr (on Rogger).

On the rtdist DOS-box of the AWS, the following message displayed continuously:

Trace: RealTimeServer client connection is initialized

On the Rogger side, last message is:

Trace: the rtrsvr is registered with MDS; handle=38

Also on the AWS machine, in the Distributor Logger DOS-box, the following message is repeated:

Trace: Logger waiting for AW Init to initialize the AW database.

We are running: SQL 7 SP3, Windows2000SP4 in a child domain.

Any help would be very appreciated,

Thanks in advance.

Manuel & Laurent.

Re: ICM: unable to start ICM configuration manager on AWS

Re-initialize the AW database. The processes seem to be locked up. Re-initialising should solve the problem.
