Idle Image display for 7960

Does anyone know if it is possible to make the idle image disapear when a call is coming into a phone. Currently the image will not go away until the user picks up the phone. And with the image on the screen we loose the Caller ID functionality.

Does anyone know what File on CCM contains the template that controls the size of the box that the Idle Image appears in? I believe if this box can be reduced in size I will be able to see the Caller ID and the Phone extensions.
