IDLE URL CME 4.0

Hello @all,

we will use a Idle URL in a CME 4.0 enviroment, we use the Cisco SDK Tools and the following link(http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801c0764.shtml)

to convert gif to xml but we see always the xml text and not a image. I attach the sh telephonservice and the xml file.

The command to use the idle url service is

url idle http://10.10.10.18/idleurl.xml idle-timeout 5

What do we wrong?

have you performed a complete phone reset after setting this URL IDLE command?

a full phone reset is required after this command is entered. use the telephony-service reset (ephone) command.

(or a reset telephony-service to reset all ephones)

as long as your data in the idleurl.xml file is complete and correct, this should work.
