idle url removal

When I put an url idle image on one ip Phone and someone call, the image go away when you hook -off the phone or press any key. You can´t see before how is calling.

How can I get the idle URL to go away when the phone rings?

I think you have to configure the Directories button to know

Missed Calls

Received Calls

Placed Calls

Corporate Directory

Hi, this is not my problem. I can see all those calls with the Directories button.

But my problem is that I want to see how is calling while I have an idle url image on the phone. I can hear the phone ringing, but I can´t see the phone which is calling me until I answer the call.

Try Using UP or Down Arrow before going off-hook
