if a user in call manager puts PSTN caller on hold what hold is it ?

let me know if a IP phone user in call manager puts a PSTN caller on hold .what kind of hold is it called User hold or Network hold.

The answer to your question is user hold. User hold is invoked when a user

directly places a call on hold by pressing the hold

button on the ip-phone while a Network hold is involked when a caller is placed on hold by

some other feature such as Transfer, conferencing etc.
