If you uninstalled IIS it would likely have removed the virtual directories for the SA, AA and Status Monitor pages from the default web directory. You'll want to run a Unity upgrade (skip the voice card install if you're on an analog PBX) and it should replace those files and register the sites again.

Jeff,
This has happened to our site as well. We reinstalled IIS, and Unity SA isn't working correctly. Will running the upgrade from our installation CD delete our current database of subscribers, etc?
Thanks,

No, running the upgrade wont hurt your database. But if you're using Dialogic cards, be sure to select not to install the Dialogic files... they don't like to be upgraded (if you ever need to upgrade your dialogic stuff we reccomend you uninstall the dialogic applications first, then run upgrade).

Hi:
I currently run the Unity 2.4.6 version so I am assuming that I am going to run the 2.4.6 upgrade? I mean - my current version?
I don't want to 'assume' since we all know what I can look like if I do this and hose my system.

yes, run the upgrade with the 2.4.6 CDs (your current version). The upgrade is smart enough not to try and migrate any data if the version you're upgrading to is the same as what's installed. It'll just get the files on there for you.
