implementing QoS

I'm intended to notably change QoS (from good to lousy) in our lab. Which parameters could i change in the router (which is NOT the gatekeeper), in the callManager, etc?

we have five ipPhones 79600, a 2600 router, a catalyst 2960 and a CallManager 3.3

we are using H.323

you can try adding a heavy traffic generator to your environment (this is for modeling a real ip network) and make sure in the switch configuration that every ip telephony element (router, phones and CCM) traffic gets no special treatment or priority, like placing them in the same vlan and default queue as everybody else, I think that will do
