Import/Export Util

I'm working on a forklift upgrade from 2.3.6.33 to 2.4.6.102 (NEC builds). I downloaded and ran the Full export-import util, and ran it on the existing 2.3 server. Every call handler had multiple errors, and the db file was less than 1 Mb. Considering I have 275 subscribers, and all their greetings, I assume the process failed. Any ideas on why this might be happening? I have all logs, etc.

Thanks,

Brad P. I assume you meant you ran the export utility and got multiple errors. There is no export/import utility, they two seperate applications that are bundled together.

Send me the resulting log file...

Typical problems I see are not logging into the Unity server with the install account and, hence, not having sufficient rights. not cleaning up bad links in the system prior to export... you can use dbWalker to help do this (the export process will faithfully report all link/owner/recipient errors it sees in the logs).
