Importing dialplan

I have a customer with a centralized CallManager with multiple remote sites. The latest site is in an area with a huge local dialing area (2500+ area/office code combinations). They want to add these to the Toll bypass dialplan. Is there any way to import these area code/office code combinations into Call manager other than through manually adding them through the web administration pages?

Your best best would be to use the AXL interface. I'd only recommend using this if you are running CallManager 4.0 or higher.
