In CCM 3.2.2c the IVR 2.23B unable to process the PSTN calls
I have an cisco call manager 3.2.2c having an gateway of 3360 router.We have configure the H323 Gateway in the CCM.The router has having two port FXO card.Whenever we calls from the outside to the fxo port call gets disconnect and it does not reach to the IVR.The same is also happening when we dial to the external world from the ip phone.We have tried all cisco ios version on the router but it doesnot work.
Earlier we have 3640 router on the netwok it was working perfectly with the IOS 12.1.13T for ENTERPRISE PLUS.We able to make call from the outside and vall will land to the IVR and vice versa call is also process from the ip phone also.
