Inbound call disconnects

630-451-3800 is assoc. with me PRI, when i call the number from my cell it doesn't ring the cal ends, but if i do a debug isdn q931 i can see the call hit the router and it is sending the last four digits (3800) which i want it to. I have TransPatt to send it to a shared line apperance. Internally if i dial 3800 it works. The debug says...

1d01h: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x0630

Standard = CCITT

Transer Capability = Speech

Transfer Mode = Circuit

Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s

Channel ID i = 0xA98381

Calling Party Number i = 0x2183, 'XXXXXXXXXX'

1d01h: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8 callref = 0x8630

Channel ID i = 0xA98381

Exclusive, Channel 1

1d01h: ISDN Se0/0:23 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8 callref = 0x8630

Re: Inbound call disconnects

is this a H323 or MGCP Gateway?

if your gateway is H323:

1) check your dial-peer!

2) check the h323 source interface on the router. must be the same ip address as CCM H323 gateway.

3) check the css on the gateway.

3) check the "sinificant digit" flag

if your gateway is MGCP: can be a CSS issue. check your calling search space on the gateway.

the gateways css must reach the partition of the phone.

of course, your "signaficant digit" flag on the gateway must have minimum 4 digits.
