The "Bills" report in CallManager CDR Analysis and Reporting is very nice because it provides all the information I look for. Is there a way to generate this report for inbound calls also? It would be nice if there was a report that would show CDR records for a particular extension in this format.
The CDR Search by User/Extension is o.k. except that 1) the time stamps show up incorrectly (all calls show up as 03:00:00 whether they took place at 3:00 P.M. or 3:00 A.M.) and 2) you have to click on the details of the call to get the timestamps and duration.
