Inbox full messages

When one of our users trys to log into Unity, he gets a message saying "Sorry, your inbox is almost full. Please delete some messages".<br> I have gone through the process to delete his old messages, and removed his exchange limits.<br> The message still comes up. <br> Anyone have any ideas?<br><br>

Unity may not realize the mailbox limits have been changed until it re-logs in to the mailbox. Is restarting Unity an option?

If not, you can try the procedure for temporarily disabling a mailbox in this technote:
