Incoming Call Tones

I am talking on the primary line and there is an incoming call on the 2nd line. I can see the call flashing on the telephone display but I don't get any tones in my ear. This problem started after we upgraded to 3.1.4a from 3.1.2c.

What do you have the toneoncallforward callmanager service parameter set to. It should be set to true. Also do you have anything like ring disable on that line or anything.

Toneoncallforward is set to True and I don't have ring disable for this telephone. I have 6 telephones in the lab and all of them are experiencing the same problem.

Update!!!!!!!!!!!

New ear plug for the tester fixed the problem..!!!! :)
