Incoming calls and SRST

We've set up SRST on the router of a remote site. Router is a 3825 and the CallManager is 4.1.2. When SRST kicks in, users can make outbound calls, but inbound calls won't go through. Part of the config is as follows:

call-manager-fallback

secondary-dialtone 9

max-conferences 4

transfer-system full-consult

limit-dn 7940 2

limit-dn 7960 4

timeouts interdigit 7

timeouts ringing 30

ip source-address 10.1.1.1 port 2000

max-ephones 50

max-dn 100

system message primary Operating in SRST Mode

system message secondary SRST

voicemail 5400

moh music-on-hold.au

Any idea?

Re: Incoming calls and SRST

You need to define the E.164 telephone prefix using dialplan-pattern command.

call-manager-fallback

dialplan-pattern 1 295551... extension-length 4

Alternatively use num-exp in global config mode

num-exp 295551... 1...

Re: Incoming calls and SRST

Hi p-kitaka

If you have a 4 digit extension plan and you telco are only sending you 4 digits, do you still need this command?

call-manager-fallback

dialplan-pattern 1 295551... extension-length 4

Thanks
