Incoming calls to auto attendant not working through fxo

Hi,

We have CCM4.1(2) & also have IVR 3.5 on which I have configured default auto attendant (aa.aef).When I dial the auto attendant route point (1000)internally,everything works fine.

I have registered a fxo port on router as MGCP Gateway on CCM.I have a connected a direct PSTN line to this port.When I dial the PSTN direct number connected to fxo port from outside(incoming),I can hear 2 rings & hear a blank.I dont hear the aa welcome prompt.

what could be the problem??

I have configured the aa route point number(1000) in the mgcp fxo port config in CCM Gw configuration.

Outbound calls through the fxo port is working fine.

Hi KMS, check the codec used between that GW using the FXO and the CTI RP.

Check also the Calling Seach Space

GW should be able to reach CTI Route Point and CTI ports partition.

If you try other extension it works fine?
