Incoming pstn calls ring twice then fast busy.

Good day,

We have instaled a 2801 h323 with using 5 fxo's for trunks.

When every there is a pstn call to h323 gateway fxo we ring twice then get fast busy. all outgoing and wan calls are working.

we debugged router and saw the voip dp send incoming pstn call to CCM but nothing came back,

we are only have access to work on gateway but not CCM.Interestingly I also find that when we are in srst mode that incoming calls complete so router configured correctly. This seems to be a CCM trouble.

I suspect there is a COS in CSS problem but can't look at CCM.

sounds like a transcoding issue where CCM expects a different codec.

I did forget to mention that it is 711u everywhere.
