Inconsistent Data in Webview (ipcc_peragt24_day_perf_sum) Historical Report

When the Agent daily Performance Historical report is viewed the "Available Time" parameter which is "The total time spent in available state waiting for a call measured in HH:MM:SS" shows 00:00:00 even though the agent has answered calls and has been in available mode for that particular day.

Has anyone encountered this bug or problem.

Any help or comments will be appreciated.

Is this a new issue or have you seen it before? Make sure that you are running the latest version.

Are there non zero values for other parameters? Like not ready, talk time etc.

Make sure to the latest hotfix. There are lot of Hotfix released for Reporting issues.
