Hi guys,
I am using CM 6.1 and Unity 4.2. Now the number of ring is 4, then will go to VM. How can I increase the number of ring to 7 or 8 so that the user have enough time to pick up the phone?

There is a ring no answer timeout setting on your line configuration page in callmanager.
