Increase the pause

I'm not real sure what you're asking here...

we have a pause out time where we assume the user has stopped speaking and wants to terminate the message recording. Is that what you're talking about? This can be adjusted on the "recordings" page under the Configuration section in the Sa. There are times for short and long recordings as well as the time we wait when no voice energy has been heard at all.

If you're asking something else, please clarify.
