When inside my voicemail, if I have enabled caller input to transfer to an associate if you dial 2. When the caller dials 2 it goes straight into their voicemail instead of ringing their phone. Is there anyway to make the call transfer to ring their phone.<br><br>
Yes. Make sure the "conversation" portion of the Call Handler or Subscriber selection (this is where ever the caller input transfer-to selection is made) is set to "attempt transfer". Right now, it's probably set to "send to greeting".
