Here are some of the traps that CCM can send:
Cisco CallManager failed
Phone failed
Phones status update
Gateway failed
Media resource list exhausted
Route list exhausted
Gateway layer 2 change
See also http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_1/service/ccm_serv/ccmsrv/ssnmp.htm
Regards,
Michael.

Michael, I've got a related question. I've changed my trap destination from the SNMP service properties and restarted the SNMP deamon on both of my callmanagers. I'm still not receiving any traps though? Do I need to restart the Callmanager service as well for the Callmanager to start sending out traps?
thank you,
Baha Akman

Hello Olivier,
You can also extract SNMP information as shown in WIN 2000 Performance Monitor. See http://snmpboy.msft.net/pub/perfmib/ for the dlls. This is not a Cisco approved solution and I have not used it for alerts just extracting data.
A third solution is CCEmail. It sends alerts based on Win 2K Performance Monitor also. See Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony, ISBN: 1-58705-075-7. This is a very good source book!

Bob
