Inition logon into ART application

I install CM 3.2.2c and ART application, and I want to configure billing application but :

I have a problem with configuring the ART on CM 3.2.2c

I do't know who is the inition user and password for inition logon into ART

I try with my administrative user but, I logon only like user, so please if somebody can help me to solve my problem
