Inoperable Cisco IP phones 7905G/12G

Hi, i'm practicing at Cisco System Peru and i tried to change the logo from the ip phones 7905G and 7912G that are registered in a ccm 4.1(3) but after i did the procedure that some pdfs says the phones become inoperable, they doesn't load the firmware, actually the display is empty when i connect them to a power inline switch also both leds ligths remain ignited.

I will appreciate any help ...
