insert phones/users error

when i try to insert users into bulk administration tool it shows an error reading: data in record number 1 does not match the corresponding sample file/number of lines and speed dials in phone template chosen. my question is... has anyone encountered this error and is thier something i'm missing?

Yes, you just have the format of the file wrong. Make sure there is no header row, the first row should be the first user. Also make sure you have all of the fields in the right place, I often have to add commas to the end of the line, because even though there is no data in it, the field must be defined.
