Install callmanager 7 on mcs7816, error message: No driver found

Hi

I try to install a callmanager on a mcs7816,

I put the dvd installer of Callmanager 7,

the installation begins but when i choose:

What type of media contain the packages to be installed? i choose local cdrom;

its says no driver found, unable to find any devices of the type needed for this installation type.

what can i do ?

I don't remember the installer ever asking me for the type of media. Are you booting off the DVD?

I am currently having the same problem installing CUCM 7.0 on MCS7825-I4

Can anyone tell me the solution please?

Hi Mohammad,

Yes, the 7825-I4 is not supported for this 7.0 path. It does work with 7.1(2) and 7.1(3) and also 6.1(3):)
