install CCM 3.3.3

Hi,

I have pbm to find simple documentation to install a CCM 3.3.3 (because i am running in to trouble: no backup utility, duplicate network cards...):

Did somebody make a little documentation or is there one on the cisco web site

And how to begin ready from the scratch (format and reinstall) ?

Replacing the server during Call Manager 3.3 upgrade.

Run the 3.3.3a upgrade assistant and make sure that everything is OK.

I just search the process to make one all new installation (not an upgrade).

From the cd rom #1 ... to the operating system (cd rom #3) ... with all the patches (like OS 2000 sr5...)...

eventhough it reads upgrade they have new installation instructions as well.

Make sure that you have CDs for OS 2000.2.4 if you plan to go straith to CM 3.3.3, I have only CDs of 2000.2.3 and I had to go to CM 3.3.2, after upgrade the OS via CCO file to 2000.2.4 and finally the CM to 3.3.3.
