Installation of Toolkit Issues

Hi all,

I installed the CTI Client Toolkit in my local machine. It contains different options like VB,VC++ and one customized HTML file to choose.

the HTML file inside the screen popup section, calling one ActiveX control called CTIClient32. But i found only CTIClient32.oca in the packet. Is that sufficient for the system or do we need to get CTIClient32.dll. If so, why do an error come when I try to click on "Answer" button inside the html page.

That alone may not be sufficient for the system. You do need CTIClient32.dll. The document given below has some explainations:
