Installing 3.3(2) on the 7835H-2.4EW1

When installing this software onto a new server (MCS 7835-2.14-EW1) the installation freezes on the first CD. On investigation with TAC yesterday we replaced the server but the same issue appears. It appears that the server has problems accessing the Hard Disk. As the same issue has appeared twice in two identical new servers we feel that it may not be a hardware fault more like a SCSI Adapter flash issue. We have also created a partition on the harddisk using DOS and perfomed a format /s. The server is able to boot from the C: drive (It has been made the active partition) in DOS only. If we run a Windows 2000 setup CD the harddisk cannot be found. We have checked all the BIOS settings, removed and recreated the logical drive (everything that we could think of).

Are there new adapter drivers required for this new model of server that are not on Windows or the Call Manager setup disk??

Anyone's help will be greatly appreciated.

The fix is to use 2000.2.4 software, anything earlier does not support the hardware.
