Insufficient bandwith

i've registred 2 ip phones with call manager

when itry to communicate i got Insufficient bandwith

despite i work in a same lan

What version of Cisco CallManager are you using. It sounds like you have placed at least one phone into a 'location' and have limited the location bandwidth to something less than the codec bandwidth requires. Open the CCMadmin page and go to System>Location, then check the location(s) there. Increasing the bandwidth size accordingly may solve your issue.
