Integrating ICD with Webattendant

We have 15 licences for 15 agents using ICD.

What we need is to continue after the 15th agent to the first pilot of the webattendant.

Any ideas?

I suppose that you could edit the ICD script so that instead of queueing the call, it would be sent to the WebAttendant.

This means that if all of the ICD agents are busy/logged out, the call would be sent to the WebAttendant, rather than having the caller listen to queue music.

Obviously, this means that you will no longer be able to queue calls.
