New install: After running AvTSP installation, Unity and Call Mgr. ended up creating their own v-mail ports as opposed to using the v-mail ports I had created via the Vmail Port Wizard tool. The auto generated v-mail ports created in the Call Mgr. are 30SP+ type (12 of them).<br>Can I just "delete" the auto generated 30SP+ ports in the Call Mgr., then remove/uninstall the AvTSP in the Unity, and re-install the AvTSP to have it use the proper v-mail ports in the Call Mgr.?<br>I'm at the customer site, so any help today will be much appreciated. Solved. I turned off "auto-registration" in Call Mgr., deleted all the mis-created SP30+ phones/vmail ports. Modified the AvTSP configuration so that port names would match the Call Mgr. v-mail ports and re-booted the Unity server. Long way around to fix the problem, but it worked. thanks!
