inter cluster call forwarding not working.

Hi ,

I have two call manager cluster configured one is a) CUCM 7.x and other one is b) CUCM 8.x.  I have configured an intercluster trunk between these two clusters and also i have configured standard local route group on both sides. My problem is when i call from site B to site A and if CFWD All  is enabled on site A ip phone, the call will not get routed to my mobile but the same is working in reverse direction.

I am not facing any CFWD issue within the cluster in both sites.

IP phone on site B takes which gateway to reach mobile number.?

Thanks ,

Siddharam

Re: inter cluster call forwarding not working.

Use the CUCM DNA to see the path of the call.

The CSS of CFWD has the permission to call mobile numbers?

The CUCM is configured to allow this type of transfer?

See this doc:

Rate this if helps you.
