We are on Cisco 5.1(1) and Unity 4.2. Is there an option in Callmanager for an "intercom" system? Our administrator would like to be able to have some type of intercom to "holler" at his secretary. :) Is there a feature or 3rd party app that would make this option available? The easier the better! Thanks!
The Auto Answer field determines if the line automatically answers incoming calls without the handset being lifted. This parameter can be set to auto answer using the speakerphone or headset. If you want the line to auto answer, select either Auto Answer with Headset or Auto Answer with Speakerphone from the drop-down list. If auto answer is not desired on the line, leave this field set to Auto Answer Off
