Intercomm service - Prompt for either extension or IP Address
I need some pointer on modifying "Intercomm" cisco canned service to prompt for either extension, IP address or UserID instead of hard coded destination IP address in Intercomm service subscription. Is this possible? Anyone out there using it any other way?
Re: Intercomm service - Prompt for either extension or IP Addres
You will need to have your intercom service point to another asp page that you will develop to request the extension, etc. when that is past back to your service, you can use devicelistx api to resolve the information needed to connect the intercom. Then these variables are past to the asp page (that you will enhance to accept them) and the service continues as designed.
Many ways to enhance this further, using your imagination.
