When our CallManager 3.2(2c) receives an international number dialed from an IP phone, it waits for 10 seconds to consider dialing done before placing the call. Unless we finish the number with a "#", in which case it puts the call through right away.
However, when the same call (no #) is placed from an application using a TSP / Tapi device, it waits only 3 seconds and then places the call. Does anyone know where this setting might be adjusted? The TimerT302 seems to apply only to non-CTI devices. Thanks !
