Interesting MWI problem solved

This may be affecting some folks having problems with the notifer kicking out MWI or notifications for some users in their system.<br><br>We found that in some cases subscribers that have their timezone value set to "empty" fail. The reason for this is the notifier needs to pull their time zone value out to see if the schedule on your notification device is active for your timezone before kicking it into gear. It does this even if you have no notification devices active.<br><br>We're working on a fix but as a short term work around you can set these users to a timezone or you can download BulkEdit off my web page and make sure all your subscribers are assigned to a time zone in one shot... <br><br>We had two seperate sites with this in the last couple days. If you're having MWI issues for some folks and can't figure out why, this is worth checking into.
