I have seen some bugs relating to internal/external ringing for MGCP & H323 which are fixed in CM 3.0(12) Is there a fix for this on the 6608 which uses skinny?
My customer cannot tell the difference at the moment

Do you have a specific bug? The load for the WS-X6608 for use with 3.0(12) is D004I3A0 per the Release Notes at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/c_callmg/3_0/rel_note/3012rel.htm
