Internal Server Error 500 java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

https://serverip/art/logon.jsp gives error 500 java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

I get the same thing at https://serverip/manager/list

I restarted the Cisco Tomcat Service via Control Panel > Services, now I get

[LDAP Access Error. Contact System Administrator.]

This is Callmanager 4.1(3)SR1, ART/CAR had been working previously.

Try to restrat the TOMCAT service from :

http(s):///manager/list

Please try to remove and re-install the ART from Add/remove programs. When uninstalling,

it will ask you to Keep or Remove the ART database. You should not remove it.

http://ipserver/manager/list reports the same Java out of memory, I went to Control Panel>Services> Cisco Tomcat and restarted it there.

Then /art/logon.jsp reported LDAP Access Error, so I un-installed ART, reinstalled, and now it is working.

I'm wondering if there is a bugid on this -jason
